Mix 1-2 TBSP of the salts into a bucket or bowl of water. You may adjust the amount to your liking. Set the mood before your shower. Light candles and listen to relaxing music. After you shower or bathe, pour this mix over your body. Alternatively, you can just add some of this to your bath water and bathe for a minimum of 10 minutes.
